I unfortunately had a very bad experience with this company on the book shelf deal you posted. I spent three weeks trying to get my money back and ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they weren’t issuing the refund as promised. If you purchase from them just use credit so you have someone else to fight for you! The product was fine (just received severely damaged) customer service was THE WORST. I don’t usually post bad reviews so please know this was just my experience. Although, I do see tons of bad reviews when I google after experience.

Sorry to hear others had a negative experience. I purchased a bird bath recently posted on Hip2Save through Best Choice Products. The bowl was cracked when it arrived so I contacted customer service and was able to submit pictures via email and they offered a full refund or replacement. I received a replacement shortly after. Maybe it is more difficult if you request a refund, but my experience with customer service was good.
They sent me a “replacement” for my bookshelf but it actually was replacement parts to a gazebo. They then wanted me to ship that back and wouldn’t send the book shelf out until I mailed the second shipment back. This is why I ultimately asked for the refund which they said I would get. Never did until I did dispute with credit card. This was just my experience, I know it won’t be everyone’s!
