The shipping was going to take too long on ebay.com so I looked on the High Sierra website for the same backpacks. They have them on sale for $14.99 and free 2-6 business day shipping.

They never shipped mine; ordered July 24th and 2 weeks later, no backpack… Shipping info stuck on “Shipment information sent to Fedex”… Their customer service is b.s, still wanted to investigate which would take a “week or more” according to them. One quick call to Fedex and they confirmed all they got from the merchant was shipping information, never got the package. Had to contact PayPal after calling them a second time and them claiming they were unable to give me a refund until they concluded an investigation. One mention of the BBB, and low and behold my money was back in my bank account. Buy from this website at your own risk.

After researching between Pottery barn, Lands end, and Jansport, I finally settled on getting a high Sierra for my daughter who is enter school for the first time and requires a “large” back pack. I have one so I knew the quality would be there but the sale price with free shipping on their website is what sealed the deal. There is even a unicorn pattern on a different style so I got my daughter something she will be excited to have and saved 50% of pottery barns “sale”.

My mom bought this brand backpack for the kids a few years back. They loved them and they lasted for 2 full school years. Actually they are still in good condition now but we bought new ones since it’s a transitional year.
