What is the least caloric Frappuccino drink? Can you make substitutions so it isn’t 490 calories?
I’m not sure if this is the absolute lightest option, but I go with an espresso Frappuccino and ask that it be made with sugar-free Cinnamon Dolce syrup and skim milk and without whipped cream.
I get a green tea double blended with nonfat milk, no classic syrup, sub peppermint and no whipped cream I think it runs about 280 calories for
