Hi- off post. I need a suggestion. I bought the aegend swim goggles from amazon from the deal posted couple days ago. I got it delivered yesterday but the inside case is fully damaged, broken, goggles seem to be good. Whom to reach for this issue? I never had this experience before. Looking for your suggestion!! Thanks in advance!!

Anytime there’s an issue with my Amazon order I either request a replacement or refund. they dont give any hassle. just go into your Amazon account and select the order, then select return item and it’ll ask you why you want to return it- select damaged and it will ask you if you want a replacement or refund. select whichever you want.they will send you an email for the prepaid mailing label for you to return the broken ones. if for some reason it doesnt give you those options then go onto the AMAZON customer service chat and they will gladly help you.

Dee, I have always had great customer service from Amazon.
I would call their customer service number 1 (888) 280-4331 and have your order information handy. I’m not one of the experts from Hip2Save but I am a frequent Amazon shopper and have only had a couple of issues over the years, but they have been very helpful.
