I bought two kate spade bag at two different times when they were on sale and after using within a month, the leather binding on the handle start to fall apart. Very disappointed with the quality. No more kate spade for me.
The same thing happened to mine! Thank God I only had bought one bag. Back to Coach I go!
Try contacting Kate Spade if Macy’s will not return, I had this happen with a Michael Kors wallet and they replaced it.
