I say this every time but I LOVE my chacos. Have had my favorite pair for 12 years and the straps are barely starting to wear out. They are my go to summer sandals. I think they run true to size. I wear a 9 in converse and sperry and can wear a 9 in chacos but get a 10 because my toes are closer to the edge than I prefer when wearing sandals. Just a matter of preference.
