Yes, you can. You can even buy 4 in just one transaction and you will receive 8,000 Bonus Points. I just did.

Ibotta had a $2/1 (limit 5) off of a Colgate mouthwash. So with the coupon, that made mouthwash less than $1.
Yesterday, I wanted to use that combo and the Colgate was GONE from ibotta but the coupon was still there.
Now the coupon is GONE and the Colgate mouthwash is BACK on ibotta.
