OT regarding Walgreens Fall Rebate:
Does anybody know how to fill out different dates on the rebate form online? I have multiple receipts for buying tide, charmin, & Bounty and need to put in two different purchase dates in the information. I’ve been searching the web but can’t find the answer. So, if you guys submitted the rebates or know anything…let me know. tia

Hmm, It does look like you can submit multiple images for your receipts. I did find this contact number – 1-855-251-8468. Hope that helps!

You’re right, I only see the option to enter one date. You could always ask to see if you could enter just the first date of purchase – 1-855-251-8468.
