Remember when we got a credit on the first of every month? I don’t get that anymore. And it no longer tells me how close I am to getting my next credit. On the bright side my last credit got me a 50$ Verizon credit using a super ticket! That was awesome.
When that happened to me my account was broken. I called and they fixed it.
They changed the program. It is no longer based on how much you spend. You get one credit per month after paying your bill.
Is it supposed to be credited on a specific day of the month?
Mine are random. The 3rd, 14th, 25th?!? I haven’t received a credit since July 25th and my bill is paid!
I think it is supposed to be credited once they receive the payment, meaning when they get it from your bank/credit card. I pay on the 1st since my bill is due on the 5th. I pay by credit card. I usually get the credit the same day.
For me:
May – 1st
June – 14th
July – 1st
August – 1st
September – 1st
I still don’t know what happened in June. I called customer service because I thought it wasn’t coming in. The rep gave me a customer support credit on June 4th. The actual reward credit eventually came in on June 14th.
I hate that they made this change. My bill is almost $700/month so I racked up quite a few credits. 😒

It always took me three or four months to earn one credit.
My bill is now $91.48 for one smartphone, one basic phone, 5GB of data, taxes, and fees. I don’t have any device payments. I bought my phone directly from Samsung and my mom’s flip phone from Amazon so I wouldn’t have to pay BS upgrade fees.

This also happened to me. I called and they gave me the missing credit and I just checked and it’s happening again. Wonder why my account never earns credits? I’ll have to call again 😩

You hey will send you a code. Log in to Amazon, under your account you should have an option to manage gift cards. You add the code there. Super easy!
