I find it a joke. Spend money to spend more money.
When you have to spend it at least you get something in return. I had to buy school uniforms which I spent about 175-200 for 2 kids got $80 in supercash to give to my college age daughter to get new clothes. It works for us
You can use it on clearance though, if you spend as close to the required amount it usually ends up being about 40% off, so I think it’s worthwhile.
