I made an order-accidentally ordered 2 of the dog signs rather than one so I am sending them an email to try to get that straightened out. Says they will not return for 2 days. BUT- I also got charged for shipping as I noticed someone else noted they did as well above. However, my shipping charge is $3.00. Is this a special deal for your site and how are they figuring shipping at different rates, when it’s supposed to be free with this deal?? I’ve been hesitant about getting this deal all day for some reason. Guess I should have listened to my instincts🤔 I have reached out to them, but if this is a deal that was first privy to your app, can you please follow up with them on the shipping discrepancy? I love your site and use it all the time. This is the first time I have had this problem. It didn’t even give me the option to review my order, only the option to get an “add on” so when I declined it said submit so I was a bit shocked there was no opportunity to review the order or I certainly would have corrected the number ordered and noticed shipping was being charged. I probably would have just canceled the whole thing. Thank you very much!!
Hi Queen LeeLee…I did the same thing and ended up with 2 signs in my cart with 3.50 shipping. I emailed them as well asking them to correct it to 1 sign and free shipping to total $6.00. I will be waiting for their response hopefully on Monday. Lori
I had the same thing happen to me. I immediately sent an email asking to send me only one sign for $6 or cancel my order. Their website says you can cance,l if you do it within 24 hours. I got an email yesterday that my order was shipping! I sent them another email saying the same thing. They were delivered today and I owe them $21.50 for three signs.

I ordered one but wanted 2. First sign total was $6.00 then it asked if I wanted to “add more”. I said yes. But then shipping was $3.50. So I ended up with 2 signs for $15.50
UPDATE: Good News- I got an email that my order had shipped (which was incorrect and I notified them immediately). But an hour later I finally got an email from them saying they just saw my “incorrect order” but it had already shipped. So they offered me a refund of $9.50, which would make it the $6 offer I wanted, but now with an extra free sign and refund of shipping. They also offered the alternative of a $15 GC, but since since you have to pay shipping on orders under $100 I took the first option. I’m glad they followed up quickly after the delivery notice email because I was seriously about to black list them!!

Well, I got an email today. But it in no way acknowledged my email regarding the incorrect order. (I actually ended up sending 2 because after I sent the first one I received a thank you email and let us know if you have any issues, etc-So I did by pretty much repeating what I had already emailed to customer service.) The email today is trying to sell me more items with free shipping on orders of $99 or higher. What the what???
UPDATE: Good News! After I emailed regarding the incorrect order of 2 signs and the extra cost with shipping, I also called and left a message with my order number. I received a call back from them. He was so professional and personable assuring me that they would take care of the issue. They refunded me the $9.50 which is the $6.00 for the 2nd sign and $3.50 for shipping. He instructed me that if I happened to get 2 signs instead of just the 1 sign that I should just keep it. He made me feel so appreciated as a customer. I definitely recommend this company and I am sure I will order from them again.

I was annoyed as well and sent an email to the company. I also got the “add one more” screen at checkout only to realize I was charged $3.50 as a result. I have emailed the company and hope I have the same result as many of you. Made me very sad since I didn’t really have the option to “opt” out when I added the second piece.
Their products are awesome and I’m very pleased with the pieces. I hope they fix their weird check out option. 🙂
