I picked up 3 Sunday papers and none of them had the coupon inserts. Anyone have any ideas?
Might be too late, but a coupon clipping service charges a minimal amount. I’ve done that to stock up on deals that end up being free after coupon, so I’m paying say 20 cents for the coupon and 16 cents tax for fem products that are $4.50 normally but on sale for $2 with a $2 coupon. Coupondede.com was very fast, I did receive coupons during the week, but varies by location.
There are probably people who do this locally through Craigslist and Facebook.

I went to do the nexus hair spray deal. brought 2 cans and had 2 coupons from the newspaper. The cashier at Target told me that since both coupons had the identical serial number she was only allowed to use one . it’s a new target policy” I told her they are original coupons not photo copied and the coupon says you are allowed to use two identical coupons. I just left and I didn’t feel like arguing. anyone know if this is a new target policy?
