After purchasing 2 (one for myself and one for my dad who just got a new puppy) I read some of the reviews. They are pretty bad. Evidently they changed the formula at some point. For this price, I’m still going to go ahead with the purchase. Fingers crossed!

I just purchased 3 of these! I had the old formula and I loved it. Then when I went back for more, I did see that they have a new formula, I read the reviews and was hesitant about getting it but I’m glad I did. I still like it. It does a great job when it comes to getting pet stains (or any stains for that matter) and getting my rid of the odors that comes with that. Crazy thing, if you have a stain (like puppy urine) and spray it and walk away so it will soak you might need to place a rag on top because when you come back to scrub it you may loose it because it disappears. The rag on top will help you find where it was easier. I use it even for common stains like mud, food etc. I 100% record this. I have two Maltese dogs and sometimes they have an accident (like once a month) and this does the tick.

I have a kitty the pees on the floor when she wants to go out. I’ve tried all the products to get rid of the smell including this stuff. What worked best for me was Hydrogen Peroxide in a spray bottle. Man, I wasted so much money trying to find a product that worked!! Spot check before spraying to be sure it doesn’t discolor the area you’re cleaning.
Ok. So call this company! I can not stress this enough. I was “gifted” a house that was known as “the cat ladies house” it was awful. It stunk so badly. Like feces and urine all over the walls for years. We cleaned ot best we could then called the company and asked what product we should buy. The guy was awesome. He asked us what animal we were using it for and how long it had been down and so on. He directed us to the exact product we needed and it worked AMAZINGLY! We did the entire house and he suggested we put plastic down after spraying it to let it soak into the hardwood floors. We did and it’s crazy how it works. The reason the pet question is important is because every animal has different enzymes in their urine so each product serves a different function. Good luck!
