That happened to me for several years. Then I started signing up for their emails every time I visited the website, as if I were a new email subscriber. After a few times of that, I began receiving regular emails. That was a couple of years ago, and I’ve had no issues since.
When you shop in-store confirm your email is correct. If so, call the corporate # listed on your receipt. State that your email was confirmed and ask for their assistance.
Yes someone in store updated my email address incorrectly so my emails from them started to bounce back. I no longer get emails & the store is unable to correct my email. They advised me to contact them at 1-800-756-5005 and customer service will help fix it.

The next time you shop ask to confirm your email before checkout is completed. If incorrect the correct info can be added. In addition contact the corporate # shown on your receipt.
I have the same problem
I have the same problem. I give/confirm email in store and sign up online with no luck. I do get regular mail from them, so I just use those coupons. However, I think have to rely on H2Save to know about current sales.
