My order said the $1 fee would be refunded at pick up if a bag isn’t used. I hope so. I don’t need a bag for such a smal item!
I ordered for pick up also and in CA they charged a $1 fee too and it says it will be refunded.. which I will make sure it is…. I ordered these for stocking stuffers for my teenager… she loves these sponges…
