No email but I wish I would have cause I go there sometimes for lunch.
You had to play the BK promotion and opt to have your prizes given to you as a gift card instead of redeeming them in the BK app to get one of these. I played every day and kept a record of what I won and its value so the e-gift card I got was comparable to those winnings.

I was too! The form said “mailed” not emailed, and you provided your mailing address. I got $70 as well.
I got $70 also, but BK said the code wasn’t working. I called the number listed in the email and they sent me a $300 code…but then later sent me an email stating $300 was an error and the code is for $70. So, I’m going to go again tonight and see if the code works this time, hopefully it does, because winning is great, but not being able to get the prize is frustrating.

So was mine. I called the number on the bottom of the email. I talked to someone at BK who took all my info. I should hear back in a day or so as to how they will fix this.

Mistakes happen. A lawyer and going to court is going to cost way more than $300. :/
I noticed it wasn’t the usual 16-digit code. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon. We’ve gotten 1 of what should be 2 emails at our house. My mom and dad haven’t gotten either of theirs yet. I hope they fix it quickly!

My link never would work to let me sign up for a gift card instead of my winnings. I kept getting a error page. I contacted Burger King and coke and nobody fixed the issue. Also burger kings app won’t let me sign up with my email address that my winnings are linked to. This was a bust for me. 😔😔😔

I got my gift card this morning and called BK customer service for clarification. They had no idea how the card worked. So I went to the local BK to try it and it was declined. Finally I read the email more carefully with the old prize emails just below it and I believe it is telling us that we can only use the gift card for the prizes that we won. Sneaky way to make sure we only get those prizes no matter what.
That’s weird, I didn’t get anything and I won a lot and opted for the gift card. No email and nothing in spam. :/
My mom hasn’t gotten anything yet either. But, what they did send out was not a complete gift card code, so you aren’t missing anything. Those of us who got it can’t use it anyway 🤦🏻♀️

Called number for burger king in the email and they opened a ticket for my issue (which is the card number given is only 13 digits and it didn’t work at BK when i tried to redeem it) – but also advised me to call coke at 8005202653 since its their issue. so called coke as well and they said its a burger king card number issue and they cant do anything abt it – so work with burger king to fix it. waiting to hear back from burger king…

That’s goofy to hear that BK told you to call Coke “since it’s their issue”. I won several food prizes and requested them per gift card, but I’ve yet to receive anything. When I contacted Coke, they said to contact BK. I’m now waiting for a response from BK.
I just used — or tried to– at a BK tonite. There are too many digits–13— instead of 12. I called BK CS (number in email) and they said this is a problem that everyone is having and took all my info and someone would get back to me. My card was worth $80. Anyone actually get theirs to work?
I won $45 dollars, went to Burger King yesterday and had the manager put the e-gift card number in and it didn’t work. She kept trying many times and it stated “Decline”. I call the Burger King number and they took my information and said they will get back to me.

Check your inbox, Coke just sent me the correct gift card number. It said “ See below for your updated $300 e-gift card code” but it was $10 when I checked the balance.lol
Same all too good to be true deal. All excited to get the email that says the corrected value is a “$300 e-gift card code” so I went online to get the balance, entered the 16 digit code and it said the remaining value is only $5. Sounds like a “class action law suit” in the making…LOL!!!

3 days ago I received an email saying I got a $5 e-gift card but it only had a 13 digit code as most people have already mentioned. Today I received a “Correction” email that now says it’s for $300 instead (this one has a 16 digit code). So, my question is, does anyone have information on how to use this and what it can be used on?
I am also curious if the e-gc can be used on anything or only the items we won.

I didn’t even enter this sweepstakes and I have gotten 2 emails that said I won. The first one said I won a $5 e-gift card and the second one said it was wrong and I actually won a $300 gift card. I have a feeling this is a scam. I looked at the prizes for this promotion and I didn’t see one for $300.
You just go to Burger Kings website and check the balance on the cards, which are what you originally won. Mine also said that it was for 300 but it was correct at $15 when I checked the balance. I don’t know how anyone could even spend 300 there…lol. I only eat there like once or twice a year, so my $15 is all I needed!

I tried to use mine ($60) at my local Burger King but they didn’t even know what to do with it. They said they had no way to enter the numbers. I called and gave my info. Today I got an email with a different code and a $300 total!
Many of the emails sent out today with the corrected amounts incorrectly list $300 as the value of the gift cards. This is a typo. The amount should be the same amount listed in Saturday’s email. You can go to Bk.com and check the balance.

When on the website scroll to the bottom of the page, click on MY BK and then Check Card Balance. There is then a spot to enter the 16 numbers

I tried emailing the BK address from the original contest winner notification and they said they would respond within 48 hours. Never heard a word.
I received an email stating to present the email itself to a cashier at a participating BK for an updated $300 e gift card code. When I go online to attempt to check the actual balance I can’t get past the captcha portion of the site on my iPhone for whatever reason. Not sure if it is even worth pursuing being that I’m seeing a lot of people say that their “$300” was actually only $5-$10. Not sure it’s even worth a drive to get a free $5 gift card only good to be used on who knows what?! Totally false advertising in these emails.. I almost thought it was a scam at first but figured I’d give it a quick search. They should have taken their time in sending out the correct emails with all the correct information that we need to actually redeem our gift cards.
I also couldn’t get past the captcha in Explorer…I tried Chrome and was able to. I’m having to switch browsers a lot lately for different sites. I also use Firefox sometimes.

It’s an error. They are humans. No one got $300. The correct amount is the amount in the previous email. To err is human. They need a little grace right now while they work out the bugs.

Burger King/ Coke , has falsely sent emails that does not correspond with the winnings that was emailed. I have touched based with a lawyer, please contact me if your winnings are a different increment than your actual balance on E gift code. Example : You have won 300.00 E gift code, but your actual balance is Example : 20.00 or 15.00

Seriously…..a lawyer? You got the email a few day prior with the correct amount that you actually won, they just messed up and didn’t put the entire 16 digit card number on there. Now they did, but errored in saying $300 and you hold them to it by trying to get a lawyer? You seriously want to go after a company you darn well know made a mistake for $300 worth of greasy food? #getajob

Your receipt will show the remaining balance. It’s a gift card. Use it on anything at Burger King.
I used part of mine tonight. Was able to use it on anything, not just the prizes I won. Worked just great with the corrected card number!
You may want to call first and verify with a manager that they will accept the email with only a code number. I found one that said they would. Haven’t tried it yet but I plan to.
