I’d like to know if anyone gets this to work as well. I tried last week’s deal with the Kiss Balms and an $8 Register Reward was supposed to print out, but it didn’t. The cashier said that those products weren’t included in the promotion (hence the “select products” language in the ad). Wags customer service was no help either, they just referred me to Catalina. Chose to return them instead. Too many hassles at Wags lately 🙁
I did the deal last week at 2 different stores with the Revlon kiss balms and each time I did the deal (once at one store twice at the other), the register reward printed..,, however I know at least here they’ve had issues with the Catalina printers (which print the RR)- they can be malfunctioning or as simple as they didn’t replace the printer paper … usually the managers here are pretty good about doing points if a RR doesn’t print

Yes I did this Sunday in Illinois and it worked perfectly. The printed rewards or catalinas are from the manufacturer and not Walgreens so yes technically Walgreens can say call Catalina to make it good BUT if the printer is not on or not working IMO it’s on WAGS.
Call the Catalina folks at 1-888-826-8766, press 3 for consumer. Have ready store name and address, date and time shopped and what offer you expected to receive. You should get it in 10 to 14 days. I always tell the clerk before I put anything on the belt I’m expecting a catalina and to make sure it’s turned on and has paper and ink—esp if they open a second line.

JD, it’s a shame we even have to tell them. It isn’t hard to change paper or stick a sign to the machine saying it doesn’t work. This happened to me. The coupon didn’t print at the end of my transaction and the cashier told me her machine wasn’t working. It is such a hassle having to wait even longer for a manager and having upset customers behind me!
The catalinas are always on except when there is something wrong with the machine. Also if the ink and paper are out, the machine will be beeping.
My transaction worked perfectly and I received the $8.00 reward which is good until the 13th. And if there is anyone who hasn’t tried this Kiss lip balm, I would suggest getting the exfoliating balm. It is fabulous. It’s got sugar granules in it with a minty flavor. It’s like a sugar scrub for your lips. I’m obsessed with it.

Just did it at my Walgreens, purchased the sugar scrub and the tropical coconut. The 5.99 digital coupon came off and the $5.00 register reward printed out.
