Worst costumer service ever,I ordered the lunch bag kit from the last post of this site and found a really good deal at other store, within minutes of ordering,I looked up their site and sent them an email.later called them up,they said it’s already in process and the lady says they won’t refund the full money.within 10 minutes the order the was processed😤they disregarded my email.

That is frustrating! I haven’t ordered from them. In the confirmation email does in state in fine print a cancelation policy? They don’t offer one on their website that why I’m asking. If you purchased with an American Express call them they should be able to sort it out for you. If the email didn’t state anything about cancellation. Even in fine print at the end, a call would have needed to be made in as little as an hour, speaking to a supervisor, and if stated in confirmation a cancelation request in your account/guest Insert eye roll 🙄 it’s super frustrating. I had a qu about a product from Melaleuca and they completely disregarded it. I Sent another, and a couple days later got a self personalized automatic response to call them. It’s like why do you even offer a public email address then? Super frustrating. What did they say the return policy was? Ah I see it, yes you pay shipping.
