Does anyone know the quality of these discounted KS purses? I purchased a MK outlet bag, and it is crap. It literally started falling apart after one year, and I only carried it 2-3 days a week. I’m looking for something I can carry at least that often that will still be usable in a year.
I’ve ordered several of the discounted Kate Spade purses in the past and have always been very pleased. Mine are still in great shape after more than a year. $69 is a great deal! I don’t think you’ll regret the purchase.

These are the same purses, just on clearance. I have several KS purses and have been very happy with them.
I used to buy the discounted KS purses all the time and they were very well made. I have found that the quality has gone down on all the discounted handbags (Coach, MK, KS). The last few I’ve purchased have totally fallen apart. I’ve been finding designer bags from Costco that I’ve been much happier with.
That’s how these bags are I find. I used a new Michael Kors not from outlet and it didn’t hold up a year either, same with Tory Burch. KS are very good quality bags, and she came way before these guys and I feel these bags are gonna wear after a time of consistent use..

Does anybody have This purse in red? Is it a bright red? So thinking about it.
I bought a very similar black KS tote bag for $69 during a Surprise Sale last year. I am very hesitant to put anything heavy in the bag or to use it as my normal work bag because the straps are weak. Even from light and infrequent use, there are signs of wear on the straps (buckling along the stitching). I think the full retail on these bags are grossly inflated and should instead be in the $100s. The body of the bag still looks nice though and for the price I paid, I am largely happy with my purchase.
