My targets in SoCal started charging a $1 bag fee, regardless of the number of items you are picking up. I would understand the $.10 fee that is required, but this seems excessive. Call it a service fee instead.
Is this just my market??
It is in Connecticut also but the fee is supposed to be removed if you bring your own bag.
