ilovedooney.com is the outlet store for the brand. If u go to the regular Dooney site, you will see ilovedooney in the drop menu. That is where they sell their previous season handbags.

I have no idea on why the terrible reviews on that site but they stand by their product & accept returns. I’ve never bought from their outlet site but have friends who have & they never had an issue. Sometimes you just can’t make people happy. Now a days everyone wants to complain about everything so when am I suppose to believe a legitimate complaint?
Do these just hold up really well or something? I’ve never been one to purchase these name brand purses but this is actually a decent price so I was considering it.
Hi Christine, I can tell you my experience with them because this is the only brand I use. I normally buy pebbled leather. They hold up great & easy to clean. Once I get bored with them I’ll resell them for a newer model & always either get my money back or make extra on the sale. Those that collect this brand know how well they are made. There are always lemons no matter the brand but i’ve been a happy D&B customer for a looooong time.

I have ordered from this site several times now and have never had an issue. Received all orders promptly. Are the real thing. Usually the older styles or colors but brand new bags with dust covers and the registration cards with original registration number. They have some awesome sales. A great way to afford a premium brand.
