I have the Crosswave. I love it! No more sweeping with a broom and messy bin then mopping with a microfiber mop and scrubbing stubborn areas. Not to mention saving on paper towels/laundry with spills. I just run this over my hard floors and except for really sticky/crusty spots, it takes care of it all. It even cleans my rugs and carpet! Then you dump the bin, which has the wet, nasty stuff in the trash and rinse it clean. Life changer with a toddler/pet. Very, very happy with this. Great price!
I own a LOT of vacuums and mops and I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ the Crosswave. I use this machine almost daily. I have a 3000+ foot square house that is mostly tile (I live near the beach in Florida…sand. Sand everywhere.) – it takes me about 15-20 mins to clean my floors, because it vacuums and mops at the same time (Hallelujah!) and then less than 5 minutes to empty the collection cup, rinse it, the filter, and the beater bar when I’m finished.
This is amazing! I went through numerous mops when I switched from carpet to laminate flooring before finally pulling the trigger and buying a Crosswave. My only regret is all the money I wasted on the other mops! Being able to sweep and mop at the same time is priceless!

I’m fixing to buy this. I’ve bought the Shark steam mop and the Bissell steam mop and I don’t use them anymore. They hardly got any use and now they are collecting dust. They just didn’t work in a house with kids and pets. The cloth cover got dirty so fast that it felt like I was just pushing dirt around before I was even halfway through. This might not be the case for folks whose floors don’t get as dirty, but it was just wasted money for us. However, after reading all the reviews, I think this Crosswave might be perfect for my laminate floors.
I added a towel on clearance for $3 to get $30 Kohl’s cash 😊 It’s a horrid pink color but that’s okay, can always use towels! (And Kohl’s cash!)
