Actually I clicked on the link from hip2save then signed in from there and I was able to find the 25% off. Very odd but it worked. Also I just came from target and according to a coupon data base and hip2save there was a $1 off on Stayfree pads but I couldn’t find it on my target circle. Maybe there’s an issue with the app.

Looks like they’re changing things up on the app. This offer isn’t found when you go to Target Circle offers, but rather you have to go to Wallet instead, then you can clip it from the Add Coupons tab. Hope that helps!

$3 ibotta is regional or targeted. I only have $1 but it’s not redeemable for Target..only regular grocery stores like Albertsons
