Do you have to be a sprint customer in order to get the bags &/or purchase the tracker?
It looks like anyone can grab the bags, however I did find this listed for the tracker –
“Who is eligible to use Safe & Found?
Sprint postpaid customers on Android, iOS and even Wi-Fi only phones or tablets.”
