Great question! I did speak with customer service to be sure. It looks like you will still need to reach $25 after all discounts to score the bag.

No, if the $10 brings you under $25 you won’t qualify for the beauty bag, I have tried to do that before.
I have $5 in points expiring. If I spend those would I earn points back? I’m always so confused with using Walgreens points.
