Do you think you can throw it in the washing machine and dry to clean and fluff it up?
Tried this and so many other things and nothing worked. Looked like a dog chew toy no matter what we did.
Bought my daughter one, we worked and worked on this, spent a ton of time brushing and she still looks very sad. I’ve seen reviews where people were able to make theirs look great, but we were not successful.
We have two of these…while my daughter loves them…the rest of our house calls them “road kill” because that’s always what they look like, no matter how much you brush them and wash them.

I have read the reviews and understand this is a tough purchase because of it not turning out. But as a mom with this being number 1 on my girl’s Christmas list, I feel like $10 is not bad to spend, purely because my little girl has been begging for months for one!
As someone who has purchased this for my daughter I think it is worth $10 as a wanted gift… Just don’t have high expectations. My daughter was very happy with her scruffy looking puppy.

I was going to buy these for my nieces, but I think my brother would Kill me if he had to spend 2 hours helping them wash the pets. I know they’d love it though! Might buy them anyways…at least it’s not a drum set!

You can let them air dry. I also add a little smell good soap to the wash to get rid of the plastic smell. My daughter loves them even if they are a little sad looking. She has a yellow bunny, pink dog and a blue polar bear. She spends her allowance and can usually find them around 12 bucks at places.
