On a slightly random note, I called Sunbeam to figure out how to buy a replacement cord for my electric blanket. They said they don’t replace the cord (which I wasn’t expecting), but they replace the whole blanket!! They literally sent me a new, free blanket to replace my 5-year-old blanket. I’m so excited and grateful! Great customer service!!

I have bought 4 of these for my family and they all have malfunctioned ( 1 was within the first month). I had a queen with 2 controls, one didn’t work. Both kids had one…stopped working. I tried to call customer service, put call on speaker…was on hold for 40 minutes before I hung up. I have sworn off Biddeford.

I bought a replacement cord online with the turn dial and specifically stay away from the digital controls. All of my digital controls malfunctioned. The blanket was fine otherwise.
