I have the same printer and you won’t be disappointed. Also, HP has a printing plan if you choose to sign up you can print up to 10 pages a month free ( meaning, they’ll monitor your ink levels and send you a free refill periodically, or you can upgrade for more ). I pay $2.99 a month and they send me ink whenever I’m low. That includes 50 full-on color or black & white pages a month and I never have to worry about forking over money for ink. If I go over the 50-page limit, I pay an extra $1 for 10 pages, if I don’t go over the 50 pages then whatever I have left rolls over to the next month.
I love the HP Instant Ink plan!!! I love up to the heavy printing for a few months a year when I have special projects going on – it’s convenient and affordable!

I’m not seeing that this has faxing available? I was excited for this since that’s what I need! Am I missing something?

Insta Ink is an amazing program. Read up on it and search online for all the free codes. I was able to get a years worth of free ink.

This was on clearance in Walmart. I had some photos printed on photo paper.. DISASTER! Ink bleeding everywhere, I tried 4 different paper and settings while on the phone with CS, they suggested returning it as they couldn’t figure out what happened. I showed the electronic manager at Walmart and they were shocked! I might have had a bad one..
By the time I was done testing, I told the CS, 4 of 4×6 photos and ink was half way empty… uggh
Ive had this printer for a couple of years. At first I was hesitant about the instant ink but I absolutely love it. It has saved me a ton of $$ on ink.
HP Instant Ink is amazing!! They have a couple of different plans that you can switch between each month starting at $2.99 a month for 50 copies up to $19.99 for 700 copies.
Does this print just in black ink if you do not want to use color ink?
I suggest getting a laser printer that only prints black and white. No ink required. Just use toner cartridges. Which last forever and are made to print high volumes. I’ve had the same toner cartridge in mine for going on almost 2 years and i print a lot.
I buy all my hp ink on ebay. $35 ink for $12 shipped. You do have to spend 10 minutes looking for the best deals. I usually buy 3 or 4 at a time so I dont have to search a deal every 2 months. But I print alot.
I have this printer! I got it last year as a gift! I love it! And i love the instant ink program. I’ve had no issues with it and even set it up with my google home mini to turn it on so I can print hands free! 100% recommend for the price!
4inkjets.com is a very reliable website for buying re-manufactured ink cartridges toner. We have a Samsung that uses toner black and white and 1 toner for $20 will last us roughly 3 months or approximate 1500 pages…
I bought an hp last year at a good price and spent three times at much in ink each time it needed ink. And it needed ink after 20 prints or so. I will never do that again. Cheap printer but ridiculous ink costs. Not a fan of hp.
Bought a hp envy all in one model last year and now the only feature/part of it that works is the scanner. Warranty no longer good. Only reason I am keeping it is because of the scanner. HP no help either since it is out of warranty.
