All the prices have been doubled. I was in Penney’s last weekend and many of these same boots were $29.99 to$39.99. Sorry this is wrong.

Maybe I misunderstood, but this post gave me the impression this deal was in-store and online. My JCPenney store refuses to honor online prices, had to purchase online to receive “buy one, get two”. Great deal, just disappointed by the physical store refusing to honor online prices. 🙁
