What kind of problem are you having? I was having issues last wk, after I’d clip my q’s and hit print, the screen would “think”, then I’d get an error message with a dog. I forgot exactly what it said. I tried using multiple browsers, and they all would pop up with the same error (chrome, firefox, IE). After a few days of getting this error, the next time I tried printing, instead of bypassing the option to print with more security (I was clicking on I’ll do it later), I clicked that and entered my cell #. Got a code to verify and have not had any issues printing since. So you might want to try that to see if it helps.

I also had trouble printing coupons. They were in the printer queue but not printing, using IE and Chrome. For some reason, the printer status was offline. Not sure if coupons.com caused this, but once I changed status to online, they both printed.
