   I’m hesitant to buy this. I have done Macy’s mail in rebates in the past 3 times and never heard anything back! My receipts and forms just gone! Nothing came in the mail. Has this happened to anyone else? What do you get with the rebate? A voucher? Thx

  Yes! I don’t trust Macy’s rebates as well. Kohl’s is much better with them.

   I have had good experiences with macys rebates. You get a Visa prepaid card. If you follow all instructions they have listed you should get your money back.

   I bought this last year from Macy’s. Can’t remember if it was with the rebate or not and if I received it. When I opened my box, the glass lid on the largest dish was completely shattered and I cut my finger while opening it. I called Macy’s customer service not sure what to do. They told me not to bother with mailing anything back and to throw away the box with its contents. Also, they sent me another set, free of charge. Of course, I did not get rid of the surviving pieces, so I now have two sets, one big dish without glass lid but it does come with the plastic lid if you need to store any leftovers in the fridge. Macy’s CC was awesome.
