I wish it wasn’t Best Buy. If you have an issue, good luck returning or exchanging it. After they tried to charge me a “restocking fee” on a mini fridge that they sold as new but was clearly repackaged, I vowed to stay away from Best Buy. Shady

You are right gray757. Last year I bought a tv there and it broke, I went to best buy to fix it but they told me that they won’t do it because the fix will cost more than that tv. I told them that I bought extended warranty with the tv, but the guy told me my tv problem it’s not covered. So I had to put my new tv on the garbage.
I would have asked for the manager. Some of the young, or new employees have a know it all attitude yet have no idea what they are talking about. I have had great experiences with the extended warranties at Best Buy. Though I find many of their employees very limited on product knowledge.
this same tv is 149.99 at Target as a doorbuster starting tonight at 6 EST for cardholders/circle members. it is in-store only though. I’m pretty sure I wont be able to get it then 🙁
