Contacted them and was told they didn’t know what I was talking about. I told them it’s right on the Paypal site. I was told they would have to “look in to it” and would contact me back……

Hmm, Here is what I find in the offer details – “$20 USD voucher that will be viewable in the “Offers” section of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account for personal or premier accounts. The offer will be sent to Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within 48 hours after Account is created, Credit or Debit card or bank account is linked and phone number is verified. For business accounts, the Reward will only be visible during checkout and on the purchase transaction receipt(s).”

Well, was contacted back by another person saying they have no idea where I got this information. There is no promo for 20 off 30+.
It’s not looking good. It’s been twice as long as they said it would take and nobody at paypal seems to know anything about it. Well, it was worth a try!
Now they’re telling me you have to make a 30.00 purchase first, then you will get 20.00 to use on another purchase. I told them it does not state that in the steps right on the webpage. I was told I am “misinformed” I give up!!
Misinformed?! LOL It was right there in their own words on the offer. No mention of having to spend $30 and then getting another $20 to use later. I definitely wouldn’t trust that!

I asked how to access the offer and got this response: “If you are eligible for any offer you will be able to see that in offer section in your app.”
I then responded that I met the requirements for this offer (copied and pasted them in the chat) and got this response: “I would like to inform you that if you are eligible for any offer you will be able to see the same in your offer section.”
They’re being super vague and not really answering when I ask specific questions like why is it not showing up…
I got an email this morning from them apologizing about a glitch in their system.

Wow! That is fantastic! I got a response back saying that they do know what I’m talking about with the credit but that I need to use it through the original offer landing page. But when I follow the link to that it just takes me to the offer and not any way to use a credit.
I’m hoping that what they told you is true and the credit is still coming!
I am being told that we have to go back to the original landing page from the offer and shop through one of the six store links under there to redeem the credit. It’s Wish, Groupon, New Egg, Ulta, Poshmark, and Fanatics. I haven’t tested this out because I wasn’t really wanting anything from those retailers. It didn’t specify that we were limited on where the credit could be used.
I had a strange feeling it would be that when I saw those retailers on the offer page. Ulta has some solid deals if you need stocking stuffers or are buying gifts for a makeup lover
I actually just tried to go through the landing page and purchase something through one of those retailers. According the the paypal agent the offer would be applied that way. I chose groupon and was trying to make a $48 purchase. The agent said it would apply the offer at checkout but it does not. So, I messaged them again. We’ll see what they say this time!

I made a online Walgreens purchase mine went through it shows up once you go to check out and log into your Paypal account
thought it was only usable for the 6 stores on landing page? Never got mine, didn’t have time to call.
I have the 20 dlls on my wallet too, but when I place my order and go back to the merchant it says 39.95 instead of 19.95 with the 20 off. Did it reflect on yours right away on the total?
Yes. It will say the full amount. But when you check your bank account it will show you were only charged 19.95. At least that’s how it worked for me at Walmart.com. My order history on walmart even shows I paid the full amount, but I was actually charged the 20.00 less.
This ha been such a nightmare! I’ve messaged and called with no luck. Paypal keeps saying this was not an offer from them, they have no record of the email, or the 20 technical issue email and nothing was on their website. What is going on???!
I’m still fighting with them on messages. So far no luck just the same run around.
I used mine on Walmart.com. Came right off total when I payed.
