I didn’t see it in my wallet but I had an email that said 25% off a toy and there was a “get offer” button I clicked and it let me add it to my Target Circle offers, maybe see you received that email as well. Hope that helps 🙂
You can try texting the word Toy to 827438. That’s how I got it. The instructions was in their catalog. Hopefully it’s still available.
If you go onto your Target Circle App and click wallet. Then click “Add Extra Offers”. That is where I found my 25% off coupon! It brought the cost of LOL house down to $121 and change!!
