Thanks for sharing, Lisa! I’m finding these items just a bit more from Walmart when searching online now.

Our pup loves the orange bone and she hasn’t destroyed it yet! 🙂

My Dogs LOVE the bacon flavored balls from Hartz! I have XXL fur kids, (Italian Mastiffs) so it’s difficult to find toys that they can’t destroy in 2 minutes. These balls have lasted for months & months in my house. Let me say that it’s not that they can’t destroy them, they just choose not to. I didn’t know that was thing until these came along! My boy is only a year & a half & he loves to chew things but he plays with these carefully. I had read reviews about these balls with other people saying the same thing, (that their dogs love them & are careful with them). I didn’t think that these would last for more than an hour & even less once I had them in person but I was wrong. They are a fairly flimsy material with some sort of foam in the center, (so I’ve heard) & they do contain a squeaker, which is usually something I avoid buying. However, my dogs just love these balls. Maybe it’s the scent/flavor? Maybe it’s the obnoxiously loud squeaker that they covet so much that they refrain from shredding these like so many others? I’m not sure what it is but I would recommend these IF you are looking for something that your dogs will really love, even if you secretly grow to despise it, (especially early in the morning) & IF you do not leave them unsupervised with said balls of joy. They are definitely NOT a chew toy. The material & stuffing are not something you want your dogs swallowing. If you can get into the habit of putting these up after playtime you will ensure your dog doesn’t eat them & save yourself from waking up to the sounds of piglets being tortured, (yeah, my neighbors have pigs so I’m going to hear it either way). It is highly likely that your dogs will love these balls & you can feel good about getting them something that they enjoy without breaking the bank. I got them on auto-ship because I didn’t think that they would make it a month but now they are many & we are few. Well, at least they make their breath smell bacon-y. It could be worse…
