This pressure cooker has an 8-quart capacity so it’s great for cooking for a large family. The heat-resistant handles let you safely move it around once the food is ready, while the automatic keep-warm function and delay timer allow you to plan meals around your schedule. Plus, it features twelve one-touch preset programs and comes with a measuring cup, rice ladle, soup ladle, and steam rack.

I own an Insignia and Instant Pot. They are basically the same. I love that the Insignia comes with a non-stick inner pot instead of the Instant Pot’s stainless steel one. The only real negative is when you look up recipes they’ll all refer to the Instant Pot brand but you can easily change it for the Insignia.

I’ve made everything in it (caramel sauce, cheesecake, muffin mix in a cake pan, spaghetti, rice, pot roast, sautéed veggies, burgers, ‘baked’ potatoes, split pea soup) except I haven’t tried yogurt simply cause I don’t eat a large amount of it.

Agree. I purchased the 6-quart Insignia at Christmas time. Family of 3 and there are leftovers. Easy to use and clean. My cooking time is cut in half, clean up is easy because I only have the pot and lid to clean. Ground beef and other meats brown great on sauté mode. This price is great for the 8 quart.

This is a great price! I bought the 6 quart last year and love it!

Probably the lowest price! We got our 8 quart for $40.

      Happy to hear that, Lynn!

Anyone know how to use this? There is not button for high or low pressure and all the recipes I have found are not for this model. Kind of frustrating.
