Isn’t Monopoly already the longest board game ever?! 🤔
If you thought classic Monopoly took a long time to play, you’re in for quite a surprise (and a very long game night)! Hasbro recently introduced a new version of Monopoly called “Longest Game Ever.” Despite its ominous name, the game quickly sold out on Amazon.com shortly after its release.
This edition of the classic game features tortoise and hare tokens and a game board with a whopping 66 properties. There are additional aspects of the game that help to extend it even longer. For example, there’s only one dice (no more doubles!), no auctions allowed, and players get cash for landing on free parking. Run out of money? No problem! Just cut your bills on the dotted line to make more!
When you inevitably tire of playing Monopoly, even bankruptcy won’t save you. This game doesn’t end until somebody owns every single one of the 66 properties, all 16 streets, each of the four railroads, and both utilities.
