How does this compare with plant therapy or aura casia I’m curious?
Highly recommend the women’s probiotic! Had longstanding stomach issues, and after taking this for about a week noticed a huge improvement. When I quit taking this after a couple months, stomach issues returned. I’m back on it, feeling good, and will be continuing to take this brand.
