Can 20% BB be stacked with the 75% off & $10 off $40 sale?
it says one coupon, savings certificate, special offer or discount per item. but it can be used on sale items. i don’t know if that helps you. if the 75% off & $10 off $40 are sales, not coupon codes, then i don’t see why it wouldn’t work.

If you’re trying to use it on your phone you might want to try a desktop. I’ve had that issue too with Express codes but once I tried it on the computer it worked perfectly. Not sure why but worth a shot!
