Just my experience, but Zulily seems to sell an inferior product. For example, my Sanita shoes are not even roken in, but they are peeling and cracking, which has never happened to me in 5 years of daily use with my other pairs of Sanitas.

I’ve been finding more and more, especially due to deals I initially found on h2s, that buying directly from a company’s website has been a much better and generally cheaper experience. Usually they have something to get free shipping as well. Not sure about this company specifically, as I have no experience with the brand, but others I’ve had excellent experience with in the last several months. Keurig, Reebok, adidas, converse, Hanes, JBL, and Columbia. It’s the first place I look now when shopping!

That is not due to Zulily – but due to Sanita. Zulily is similar to Overstock and companies give them overages to sell at a reduced price in order to get rid of the product. The company then gets a huge write off on their taxes for the loss of profit and Zulily makes a profit. It’s not a matter of them getting something ‘different’ from the standard. If they are given substandard quality items – that is on the company that made the item – not Zulily.

I would encourage you to reach out to Sanita regarding the quality issue – doubt you would be the first to report it. But they may be able to help you.

      Cheers!
