How do Bonus Rewards work?
Bonus Rewards are different than normal rewards. Your Bonus Rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks. Simply log in or create your account at OfficeDepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.
Reward certificates can be redeemed at any Office Depot or OfficeMax store, online or by phone at 1.800.463.3768. For online purchases, your unexpired certificates are available at checkout.
Thanks was waiting for this.
Perfect! You’re welcome, Sam!
So I see this deal regularly (or close) and have never done it. If I pay it once, can I then use the reward to pay for the next deal for free batteries or whatever and just roll it from then on or no?
When you pay with rewards, that portion of your payment does not get recognized for earning additional rewards. Don’t roll it over.
I need printer paper. Do the best deals on paper usually come in the form of a sale, or rebate rewards? Since I know I can’t roll over rewards, but I know paper is what I want to purchase with my rewards check, I’m curious what others do to maximize their savings for paper? Thanks!
How does it take, to be able to use your rewards?
Hi Sharon! “Your Bonus Rewards certificate will be available in your online account within 5 weeks”. Find more details on that in the bottom of the post. Hope this helps!
DO NOT USE A COUPON WITH THIS OFFER!!! I did that when the offer was available last time and DID NOT GET THE 100% BACK IN REWARDS because I used a coupon. I called customer service and that was their explanation.
Can use coupon but only get what you pay in rewards.
Hi there! Thanks so much for the feedback. When using a coupon, you will get back the amount of rewards in the amount that you paid after the offer. Hope this helps!
The post says that subscribe n save is limited to 1 item. I want to order at least AA 24 pk and AAA 24 pk. But I can only subscribe one of them??
Instead of store pick up, if paying for delivery, does that delivery fee get rewarded back too?
No it does not, Kay.
A little confused, I ordered 2~24 packs of AAA and 1~24 pack AA and only used the 20% coupon(DID NOT use the 10% Subscription) paid $66.88 and only received back $21.29 back. Isn’t there a limit of 4 items per person?
If you purchase from 1/26/20 to 2/1/20, it does say this one has a limit of four. Usually, your bonus rewards don’t show up for several weeks. If you did purchase these in the last few days, they are not likely the rewards or the amount of the full rewards.
