On the fence? Here is what Hip2Save readers have to say about these knives…
You just can’t beat the sharpness and precision of a Japanese knife, period. I find Shun knives to be far superior to both Wusthof and Henckels. I bought the Shun Classic 8 inch Chef’s knife 7 years ago and it is still every bit as sharp as ever. This is an amazing deal since my knife was $140 by itself!
Shun knives are the best (better than Henckels and Wusthof). Japanese knives are the sharpest… you can’t go wrong with them!
