It’s not letting me use both codes. I clipped the $3 off but when I put the code in for the -$10 it took away the $3

I got this as a Christmas present for my son that was going to get braces, but since it has 4 heads, we all use it. It’s like flossing with a pressure washer, but we finally got used to it.
How do use these, without it spraying everywhere outside the mouth?
You have your lips closed around it and do one part at a time. For example, do top inside (around gums) turn it off and spit. Then I go the top outside, turn off and spit and do the same on bottom.
