Do not change to Sprint, we had T- mobil for many years and decided to change to spiny because we thought the coverage was better and we were tired of the bad costumer service. Worst mistake!!!! Sprint is much worst in coverage and costumer service as bad as T-Mobil plus more expensive.

For non tech peeps and everyone else…u cant really post here and say dont do it cuz they suck…probably suck for your area cuz the coverage for that provider is not as strong as the other provider. So it depends on the area ur located. Im a tech and dont work for any telecom.. i just know hows these work.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced not to mention terrible service in my area. Also, be sure to read the fine print. You can’t trust what the customer service reps tell you. If you don’t want to hold on the line for hours on in and still not get resolutions, just don’t do it!

I switched, especially right now (at least in my area) activation fees are waived.
