Just curious, why is this the only kind of lip balm you can wear? Is there some special ingredient, or lack thereof, in it? — Just wondering. My daughter is very sensitive with nut allergies, and some lip balms bug her. I have been searching for one that says it’s not specifically made or produced on a nut line.

I have a lot of skin sensitivities and I was told by my dermatologist to use the Vanicream line of products. She also recommends Cerave ointment or plain old Vaseline petroleum jelly for hydrated lips. I stay away from all fragranced products. Best wishes!

The pomegranate lip balm is awful. The original is best and the honey one is decent but sticky. I prefer using coconut oil on my lips because it works better than any lip balm. Once your lips get used to it you really only have to apply it once a day or touch up throughout the day if you want the glossy look.
