Does everyone know that online orders cannot be returned to the store for free???
A few weeks ago, I found a great deal on Hip-2-Save (of course!)
Before I made the purchase, I scanned over the DSW return policy: I THOUGHT it read:
return in-store for free – OR – ship for $8.50 .
Today I re-read the policy wondering if DSW would extend the 60 day in-store return period…
THIS is the DSW return policy
IN-STORE RETURNS FREE
ONLINE RETURNS $8.50 Shipping Fee
the exception is for DSW Gold and Elite

All in-store returns are free. So whether you bought in-store or online, returning in a store is free. If you bought online and choose to ship your return back then you pay the shipping fee.
