    The description does not say what percent alcohol there is in the bottle. Am I missing it somewhere? It does say “KILLS 99.99% of most harmful germs.”

      It is 70% alcohol according to what it says on the back of the bottle

      When you go to the site and look at the product you can look at back label of bottle. It says 70% ethanol alcohol. HTH

    I contacted Petco by chat and had the strangest conversation! He said my order was cancelled because they were out of the product. I asked if they would get more, he ignored that question. I pointed out that it was a repeatable delivery so they should get more. He told me they would have more in 14 days. I said “ship it then”. The agent told me NO! The order is cancelled and I can sit around and wait and try and catch it in stock again.

      Wow! That’s even worse than no explanation or apology in the emails. I’m truly not surprised that companies are having trouble fulfilling orders for this type of product right now. To me, that’s understandable. What is not understandable is being rude to your customers. Why on earth would anyone sit around and wait and try to catch it in stock again? Don’t they realize that customers who are treated that way will simply take their business elsewhere?

    Cancelled as well with no explanation. The language infers that somehow I cancelled it but I know I didn’t. However there was still the “repeat delivery” on my account. I wonder if that counts as my first repeat delivery and now I can’t use the 35%.

    I saw the email notification my order was cancelled. My debit card was charged the same day of my order, and there’s no pending refund for the cancellation (yet). will have to keep an eye on this charge, cuz if they don’t refund I’ll be sure as heck demanding my order be fulfilled!!

    I’d like to thank you all for coming back to this post and confirming your orders were cancelled. Mine was cancelled as well with no explanation. I did just try to add some more items to cart and it did allow me to apply the 35% off first repeat order discount in cart, so we may all still be able to use it at a later date.
