    I placed an order on April 20th, have not received any updates on shipping, I have contacted Customer Service 3 times and no answer. I don’t trust this retailer.

      This is a reputable retailer. Everywhere has been having the same issues right now. We’re in the middle of a pandemic so it’s all slowed down

        I always shop online and Amazon has delays as well but they let you know when your stuff it’s being shipped or it’s delayed.or cancelled as I said their customer service sucks, 3 emails not 1 reply. Is not the first time I buy something online since the pandemic started and this retailer is just awful. I have shopped during this pandemic on Amazon, eBay, Sam’s, WalMart.com, Justice, etc, even Menards has better customer service. Would never order anything again just for the lack of respect for customers.

          I ordered 5 cushions April 6 and have only received 3 all in different shipments. I even tried reordering 2 last week to see if they would ship faster but so far still nothing and customer service is completely unreachable ☹️

    I placed an order from World Market on April 23 and received the following message the next day with information about shipping delays (BTW I haven’t received the order yet but can see the tracking in my account — it is in transit and is supposed to arrive 3 days from now):

    Step 4: Upon pick up, shipping confirmation is emailed to you. Your package is now trackable.
