We bought our umbrella in June. I was somewhat skeptical based on the price and a few negative reviews. So far our experience has been terrific. Cranks up and down quite easily and I like the ability to tie it up when closed in the event heavy weather is in the forecast. I am looking forward to easy storage during winter as the unit comes apart into two sections. This makes set up and take down a breeze. I highly recommend this umbrella.
I have four of these for the patio at my restaurant. These are in daily use April thru September, the fabric holds its color all year and they are very sturdy. It is important to use the right base with these large umbrellas to avoid tipping over!
