  No, the cookie base is a tender buttery shortbread and the filling is a baked raspberry jam with crumbles on top. Similar to linzer cookies. I work there and have already bought them 3xs. They get passed in front of me all day at checkout and I can’t resist. Delicious!

  Sorry, I got sidetracked with how good they were. LOL! They are soft shortbread cookies with a raspberry filling. So yummy!

   I luv these. Have had them once. Chewy in the middle where the filling is. Goes very well with hot coco. Big size. Would eat again.

   I finally got my hands on these cookies here in NY and I could eat 4 in one setting😳😳😳 once Costco stops selling them, does anyone have the recipe, and willing to share? I hope it will be not be just a seasonal thing.

   Ok. I bought these last week in Northern California. Gone in a couple of days. They were so good that I was looking for the recipe when I found this forum. Yummy +. I’m certain I will not be able to resist on my next visit to Costco. Guess I should just make peace with that fact now.
